摘要: Sulfur (S)-diagnostic tools are essential for rational use of S fertilizers. There is little information about the suitability leaf greenness intensity to detect deficiency in corn (Zea mays L.). This work evaluates, under controlled S-stressed conditions, (1) performance as an indicator degree corn, and (2) advantage upper leaves relation middle S-deficiency determination. A pot experiment using sand growth medium was conducted greenhouse with at rates 0, 5, 10, 20, 40 mg kg–1 sufficiency other nutrients. Measurements aboveground biomass (AB), total nitrogen (N), concentrations, chlorophyll-meter readings (CMR) leaves, were performed stages 6–7, 11–12, 14–15 fully expanded (V6-V7, V11-V12, V14-V15, respectively). application significantly increased AB, concentration, CMR. Significantly positive relationships obtained between concentration sulfur-sufficiency index (SSI) based on CMR measured associated AB (R2 = 0.58 0.62 It concluded that nutrients high-S-stressed could be a good status, although or no found taking from leaves.
