摘要: The aim of this paper is to identify the most favourable perceived characteristics software testers and contrast them with group existing engineers' provided by prior research. We conducted a qualitative survey among four development companies using interviews as main method for data collection thematic-analysis approach analyzing data. Our findings describe which are valuable tester based on working experience accumulated participant testing managers. study suggest that there differences between engineer tester, communication possessing an IT background being cited frequently favoured ensuring high performing tester.
