摘要: Estradiol, or 17-β-estradiol (E2), the most potent naturally occurring estrogen, is involved in hormone-immune system interaction both mammals and fish. However, vivo studies are largely limited, little known about whether E2 exerts similar effects on female male zebrafish (Danio rerio). Here, we show exposure of sexes D. rerio to 20 nmol/L resulted a significant increase Vg1 expression, but caused damage hepatocytes, suggesting that this optimum concentration. Also, for days marked plasma IgM levels, had influence peripheral leukocyte density, providing first evidence species.
