摘要: Adiponectin has been identified as one of the "adipocytokines" that are derived only from adipose tissue, and abundantly present in circulating blood. protective actions initiation progression atherosclerosis through anti-inflammatory anti-atherogenic effects. levels decreased obesity, type 2 diabetes, patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). were negatively correlated CRP CAD. plays a crucial role association between insulin resistance. Mechanisms explaining relationship adiponectin resistance suggest tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha inhibited each other's expression production adipocytes. Thiazolidinediones, which insulin-sensitizing agents, increased directly enhancing its gene expression. The C-terminal globular domain may play central effects against atherosclerosis. receptors 1 (AdipoR1) (AdipoR2) expressed ubiquitously most organs, especially skeletal muscle AdipoR1, liver AdipoR2. With prospect future basic clinical research on molecular structure-receptor relationship, could become promising target for investigations reducing morbidity mortality atherosclerotic disease.
