摘要: Materials composed of nanometer-sized structures are becoming technologically relevant as the sizes electronic devices approach nanometer scale. Questions to performance and durability these can be partially addressed through characterization understanding magnetic properties materials. The purpose present work is understand relationship between microstructure nanocrystalline materials their properties. This paper summarizes three separate experiments: (1) an X-ray diffraction anomalous absorption (XANES) study Dy, (2) neutron measurements structure Cr, (3) measurement magnetization density a single twist grain boundary in Ni.
