摘要: The relation between the development of hypertension and changes in behavior was investigated. Hypertension induced by unilateral application a 0.20-mm clip around renal artery. At 4 weeks, but not at 1 week, after operation an increase ambulation found. Blood pressure significantly increased (28 mm Hg) weeks (78 operation. In second experiment, hypertensive rats controls were either regularly handled (i.e., subjected to indirect tail-cuff blood measurements) or left undisturbed. implantation, only nonhandled with hypertension, open-field markedly both rats.
