摘要: One of the main challenges Dutch government on road to sustainable development is delinking economic growth and environmental pressure. Policy makers with a concern for relationship between economy environment have high expectations when it comes technological progress. In policy plans, not only an important role reserved improvements at sector level, but also innovations breakthroughs beyond boundaries. A model therefore very useful in facilitating quantification impacts new technologies environment. To this aim we developed DIMITRI, Dynamic Input-output Model study Impacts Technology Related Innovations sectoral production, use natural resources emissions The choice input-output obvious, since analysis has proved its worth examining relationships structure, energy Furthermore, satisfies desires chain approach search technologies. This paper presents first empirical version DIMITRI. will discuss structure validation model. start however by presenting results tentative impact change demand during period 1980-1997.
