摘要: This paper introduces the MEPS Theme Section (TS) 'Comparative Analysis of Marine Fisheries Production'. The unifying theme studies in TS is relative influence a 'triad drivers' — fishing, trophodynamic, and environmental on fisheries production. were developed during 2 international workshops held 2010 2011, which assem- bled database fisheries, time series from 13 northern hemisphere marine ecosystems, applied common production-modeling approach to this data. encompass empirical examinations datasets, production models fitted data at multiple levels organization single species full simulation examining impacts climate effects alternative management strategies fish- eries body work presented demonstrates that using both modeling comparative together makes rapid progress towards ecosystem-based fishery management, whether aim better understanding ecosystem or provision operational advice.
