摘要: Background:Fatigue is one of the most distressing symptoms multiple sclerosis (MS). Measuring MS fatigue poses a number challenges. Many measures confound definitions severity and impact and/or lack psychometric validation in MS.Objective:To evaluate properties an 11-item measure, Chalder Fatigue Questionnaire (CFQ) including validity factor structure, internal reliability, discriminant sensitivity to change.Methods:Data were pooled from four previous studies investigating using CFQ (n=444).
