摘要: Introduction: Linear epidermal nevi are sporadic hamartomatous alterations of the epidermis and superficial dermis that clinically appear as verrucous papules plaques distributed in a linear pattern following Blaschko's lines. Their extent varies from unilateral involvement (nevus unius lateris) to extensive bilateral (ichthyosis hystrix). Oral mucosal lesions have rarely been described. Aims: We review literature, focusing on rare intraoral manifestations nevus. Case series: present series five new cases with oral involvement. Four had associated cutaneous one case exclusively. Histopathologic evaluation lesional tissue four showed hyperkeratosis, acanthosis, epithelial hyperplasia, papillomatosis. Dental abnormalities, consisting enamel hypoplasia congenitally missing teeth, were noted patient adjacent lesions.
