摘要: Direct metal laser sintering (DMLS) is an additive manufacturing technique for the fabrication of near net-shaped parts directly from computer-aided design data by melting together different layers with help a source. This paper presents investigation surface roughness aluminum samples produced DMLS. A model based on L18 orthogonal array Taguchi was created to perform experimental planning. Some input parameters, namely power, scan speed, and hatching distance were selected investigation. The upper surfaces analyzed before after shot peening. morphology means field emission scanning electron microscope. Scan speed found have greatest influence roughness.
