摘要: To study course and outcome of Bipolar II disorder, 217 major depressive episode (MDE) patients were interviewed with Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV. Patients more than three MDE fewer compared. 77.8%. Comparisons, controlled confounding effects age illness duration, found that many had significantly lower at onset chronicity. Results support subtyping in a small good-outcome group, large moderate-poor-outcome group.
