摘要: Abstract Gender inequality often relates more to women, causing gender role conflict in men be somewhat overlooked. This study aims describe the dynamic of among pastors’ husbands at Batak Karo Protestant Church. We were encouraged conduct this research due large negative effects conflicts despite limited number studies on matter. There three male participants involved, namely TA, SE and BS. These fulfilled sample criteria:1)Having been married for least one year;2) Having  daughter or son; 3)A native tribe; 4) Having a congregation Church since childhood.We used qualitative method with phenomenology approach, which interview results analyzed using hermeneutic method. The show that are caused by socialization childhood, patriarchal culture embraced tribe, masculine ideology transition practice contradictive roles. need regarding topic is highlighted.
