摘要: Alum sludge produced from the drinking water treatment plants was used to investigate improvement capabilities in its dewatering properties. The passed through a laboratory solar still towards reducing volume during process. A number of parameters describing distillate and were measured at end each experiment order determine process behaviour under conditions relatively high radiation which is reached 1014 W/m2 temperature levels reaches inside maximum 87°C. Conventional chemical conditioners augmentation with such as polyelectrolyte, advanced conditioner like photo-Fenton’s reagent conditioning studies. Experimental results indicated that 10 mg/L anionic polyelectrolyte enhance dewateraibility terms SRF reduction 97%. However, it 78% when Fenton’s added. It realized accelerated polymer added compared conditioning; offers more environmentally safe option. Moreover, collected nearly double fold increase case rather than for organic polymer. In addition, turbidity supernatant are: 3.4, 2.7 247 NTU raw sludge, respectively. Furthermore, optimum influencing variables evaluated by applying Box-Behnken experimental design based on response surface methodology (RSM), i.e. Fe2+, H2O2 pH are 50 mg/L, 600 mg/l 8.5,
