摘要: Today's techno savvy world is evolving with the prompt changes in technology, everyday fluctuation demand of products as well increasing diversity products, exiting layout facilities may invalid frequently. These lead to makes improvement existing available on shop floor cope up growing market competition. By keeping this concept mind, present study deals development a model solve facility problem job production system. This itself Non-Polynomial hard and considering various cost factors it more difficult attain optimum solution. Therefore, nature inspired algorithm i.e. Genetic Algorithm (GA) applied deal while handling moving setup type Moreover, Variable Neighborhood Search (VNS) method has been integrated GA enhance local search optimal The results revealed that proposed approach suited effectively. Also, an attempt made help administration decide by implementing well-known "cost-benefit-analysis".
