摘要: A study was conducted to demonstrate the applications of microcantilevers in biomedical and thermo/fluid fields. The deflection due biomaterial turbulence effects highlighted this work. novel patented microcantilever assemblies that were presented can increase signal decrease unfavorable flow disturbances. This work paves road for researchers area based biosensors design efficient microsensor systems exhibit minimal errors measurements. Fluid-structure interaction also utilized investigate some aspects fluid heat transfer characteristics.
