摘要: Fetal growth restriction (FGR) remains a leading contributor to perinatal mortality and morbidity metabolic syndrome in later life. Recent advances ultrasound Doppler have elucidated several mechanisms the evolution of disease. However, consistent classification characterization regarding severity FGR is lacking. There no cure, management reliant on structured antenatal surveillance program with timely intervention. Hitherto, time deliver an enigma. In this paper, challenges diagnosis are discussed.
