摘要: AbstractThe Chinese medical system is moving from a planned economy to market through implementing health reforms. The authors examine empirical data on China's the past 10 years about organization, financing, and equity. show high inflation rates, low percent of GDP spent healthcare, limited relative supply more sophisticated tertiary centers, increased out-of-pocket outlays. Based linear coefficient analysis expenditure utilization trends, contend that reforms need incorporate regulatory measures assure insurance coverage reorganization services delivery financing.
