摘要: An in vivo model system to study the initiation of embryo development is presented. From so-called Salmon wheat (alloplasmic lines with a 1BL-1RS chromosome translocation), three completely isogenic and homozygous were produced by selection for uniformity about 20 selfing/backcross generations as well between sublines doubled haploids. The line (aestivum)-Salmon male fertile sexual. (caudata)-Salmon (kotschyi)-Salmon are sterile have parthenogenetic capacity 90%. expression nuclear-cytoplasmic sterility different two lines. autonomous at defined developmental stages ovaries maximum degree parthenogenesis identical both proved auxin test progeny analyses. protein patterns from ovary extracts more than 200 spots 2-D polyacrylamide gels, confirming their homogeneity. However, one (P 115.1) was found 3 days before during anthesis only It seems be involved parthenogenesis.
