摘要: Abstract In this work a series of mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) containing metal organic frameworks (MOFs) were fabricated to investigate the influence post-treatment on their gas separation properties. It was revealed that permeabilities increased considerably as treatment temperature from 150 °C 180 °C and remained almost unchanged after 200 °C; permeability MMMs 200 °C about 3 times higher when compared with treated at 150 °C. From results physical characterization including TGA, XRD, SEM, ATR-FTIR nitrogen absorption it inferred induced increase should be mainly attributed more effective removal residual solvent in micro-pores MOFs; permeation properties different durations 24 h 96 h further confirmed our conclusion. This heat phenomenon verified by varying polymer MOF combinations. At end Cu3(BTC)2/ODPA–TMPDA loadings prepared one best performance appeared 40 wt% loading: dramatic CO2 47.7 Barrer 260.7 Barrer CO2/CH4 selectivity 29.26 27.75.
