摘要: Abstract This paper describes a computer-based system for consultation in the diagnosis and therapy of glaucoma. The reasoning procedures interpret findings particular patient terms causal-associational network (CASNET) model that characterizes pathophysiological mechanisms clinical course treated untreated diseases. major new features this program are: (a) generation complex interpretations from qualitative disease process; (b) about detailed follow-up management patient; (c) incorporation alternative expert opinions subjects under debate; (d) its testing updating by collaborative glaucoma researchers.
