摘要: Caries was produced around 18 silicate fillings in permanent teeth 12 patients, aged 14—60 years. The cavities were lined with 1 layer of Tubulitec® (Dental Therapeutics AB, Sweden), and insulated a zinc phosphate base. scheduled for extraction orthodontic prosthodontic reasons, the experimental period ranged from 34—326 days mean at 131 days. Four served as controls effect preparation procedure. Following extraction, ground sections prepared, examined mainly by polarized light microscopy microradiography. Except minor differences, pathogenesis observed vivo lesions found to correspond closely that vitro caries fillings.
