摘要: The present invention provides genetically engineered strains of Pichia capable producing proteins with reduced glycosylation. In particular, the are expressing either or both an α-1,2-mannosidase and glucosidase II. can be further modified such that OCH1 gene is disrupted. Methods glycoproteins glycosylation using stains also provided.
