摘要: The low-temperature specific heat of freshly prepared and annealed amorphous alloys Zr70Be30, Zr67Cu33, Zr75Rh25 has been investigated experimentally. integral parameters the electronic phonon spectra have determined: Sommerfeld coefficients Debye temperatures. Data from calorimetric neutron experiments were compared on basis theory lattices with off-diagonal disorder localized modes. It is concluded that a local rearrangement structure occurs in samples as temperature decreases. A model bistable impurity configuration proposed to explain this restructuring.
