摘要: The Raman scattering, vibrational, electron spin-resonance, and luminescence spectra of the ion in a sodium bromide crystal host are reported. results indicate that complex is trapped two nonequivalent symmetries, which have been identified characterized by parameters D spin Hamiltonian B field.
