摘要: The hydraulic efficiency of a leaf depends on its vascular structure as this is responsible for transport activities. To investigate the effect exclusion UVAB and UVB radiation from solar spectrum micro-structure leaves soybean (Glycine max, variety JS-335), field experiment was conducted using synchrotron-based phase contrast imaging (PCI). Plants were grown in specially designed UV chambers, wrapped with filters that excluded (280-315 nm) or (280-400 nm), transmitted all ambient (filter control). Qualitative observation high-resolution X-ray PCI images obtained at 10 keV has shown differences major minor vein structures leaves. mid-rib width middle leaflet third trifoliate leaves, treatments, quantitative image analysis. plants found to be more compared filter control plants, which are exposed UV. main conducting transports water sugars whole plant; therefore, enhancement by possibly implies area turn causes an increased rate photosynthesis.
