摘要: The review generalizes and systematizes the results of research on synthesis properties tetrazole derivatives obtained in Belarusian State University within last decade. main attention is fixed important directions synthesis: acid-catalyzed N-alkylation, reactions primary amines with triethyl orthoformate sodium azide followed by heterocyclization imidoyl azides, transformation 1-aryltetrazoles into 1-aryl-5-aminotetrazoles. quantum-chemical X-ray investigations as well aspects practical application tetrazoles are reviewed.
