摘要: A cardiac pacer is provided which incorporates a sensor (26) responsive to the physical activity of pacer-wearing patient. The output utilized by control circuitry (28) physiological (22) enable monitor selected parameter only if patient exceeds threshold. In this manner, electrical energy requirements are lessened.
