摘要: The present invention relates to a lipopolysaccharide moiety comprising conserved triheptosyl inner-core of substantially free variable outer core oligosaccharide chain extension, and vaccines obtaines therefrom which are cross-reactive for Haemophilus influenzae strains. also defined mutations in the biosynthetic machinery (LPS) expression useful obtain abovementioned moiety. using conjugates LPS from mutant strains so obtained elicit heterologous immune response against wide range disease-causing H.
