摘要: Secondary-amine-functional microparticles were prepared in the range of 50-250 μm through suspension polymerization styrene, divinylbenzene (DVB), and 2-(tert-butylamino)ethyl methacrylate (tBAEMA). This study focused on effects DVB, tBAEMA, initiator, stabilizer concentrations shaking rate experimental amine content, swelling ratio, average particle size, size distribution. The experiments carried out two different systems. In first system, an organic phase, including monomers was dispersed aqueous medium presence Al 2 (SO 4 ) 3 . , monomer (pH ∼ 10), formed colloidal Al(OH) which built a nonsticky layer surface polymerizing droplets that prevented them from coalescing aggregating. Individual spherical particles within 50-200 obtained by this method. second method similar to protocol, except certain amount sodium dodecyl sulfate added as costabilizer these experiments, individual 130-250 μm.
