摘要: Abstract The effects of ethanol fumigation (i.e. the addition to intake air manifold) and ethanol–diesel fuel blends on performance emissions a single cylinder diesel engine have been investigated experimentally compared. An attempt was made determine optimum percentage that gives lower better at same time. This done by using simple technique. results show both methods behavior in affecting emissions, but improvement method than when blends. for is 20%. produces an increase 7.5% brake thermal efficiency, 55% CO 36% HC reduction 51% soot mass concentration. 15%. 3.6% 43.3% 34% 32%
