摘要: Autoimmune progesterone dermatitis is a rare clinical condition in which patients display hypersensitivity to endogenous progesterone. It manifests as cyclical cutaneous eruption that flares during the luteal phase of menstrual cycle, when levels peak, and resolves partially or completely few days after menses. Its manifestations are variable include urticaria, eczematous eruptions, vesiculopustular fixed drug stomatitis, erythema multiforme, anaphylaxis. has been diagnosed previously with intradermal skin testing intramuscular challenge.
