摘要: It was studied the effect of different polyetilene packings in figs cv. "Roxo de Valinhos" under cold storage conditions. The fruits were picked out at beginning maturation stadium, cleaned and selected, then packeted films plastic thickness, as follows: 1 (control), 2 - LDPE with 6 µm 3 10 4 15 5 22 stored chamber temperature 0,5 °C 85-90 % RH, for eight days. analyses carried daily, being evaluated following parameters: loss fresh mass, visual aspect, firmness, total soluble solids, titritable acidity relation TSS/ATT. At end it verified that thinckness, presented largest best smallest contents levels values TSS/ATT, when compared to other treatments. In parameter all treatments differed statistically from control.
