摘要: In this paper, an up-conversion luminescence agent (Er3+:YAlO3), which can effectively transform the visible light in solar into ultraviolet light, was prepared. Then, for a visible-light photocatalytic degradation reaction, prepared Er3+:YAlO3 coated by Co- and Fe-doped TiO2–ZnO films thorough sol–gel process, respectively, Er3+:YAlO3/Fe- Co-doped composites were obtained. The crystal forms, particle sizes, chemical compositions, weight change process of analyzed using XRD, TEM, SEM, EDX, TG–DTA instruments. activities evaluated through azo fuchsine under irradiation. It indicated that reduction ratio Fe- 47.8 67.9 %, while after adding 15 wt% Er3+:YAlO3, reached 93.5 95.5 %, respectively. addition, effect Er3+:YAlO3/Co-doped is better than Er3+:YAlO3/Fe-doped TiO2–ZnO.
