摘要: The incidence and significance of intracranial hypertension in head injury has been a controversial issue. DANDY (6) among others believed that brain swelling increased pressure (ICP) were the rule most common causes death head-injured patients. In contrast, BROWDER MEYERS (3), who measured lumbar subarachnoid several times same patient, observed marked infrequently; many patients died did not have ICP any time during course their illness.
