摘要: An apparatus is described, which can be used for electro‐optical measurements at high ionic strengths, including physiological salt concentrations. The electric pulse generated by the cable discharge technique; complete matching of load impedance achieved a compensation cell, supplied with steady flow electrolyte solution. At length 20 m limited to 200 ns; field strength applied solution up 80 kV/cm. automatic sampling minimal exposure samples irradiation and control temperature absorbance sample. limit time resolution few ns. dichroism DNA restriction fragments, example, characterized signal‐to‐noise ratio.
