摘要: We develop a configuration-space picture of the relative velocity between baryons and dark matter that clearly explains how it can shift BAO scale in galaxy-galaxy correlation function. The occurs because is non-zero only within sound horizon thus adds to function asymmetrically about peak. further show configuration space has localized, distinctive signature three-point galaxy (3PCF). In particular, we find multipole decomposition favorable way isolate 3PCF, there strong l=1 for triangles with 2 sides around scale. Finally, investigate compression 3PCF one triangle side preserves localized nature while also nicely separating linear from non-linear bias. expect this scheme will substantially lessen computational burden finding 3PCF. velocity's be used correct induced so no systematic error due effect introduced into as precision cosmology.
