摘要: Background The objective of this study is to assess whether hepatitis A vaccine immunogenic and well tolerated when administered 12-month-old children alone or concomitantly with other routinely pediatric vaccines. Methods Six hundred seventeen healthy were randomized receive dose 1 given measles-mumps-rubella varicella 2 diphtheria-tetanus-acellular pertussis optionally oral inactivated poliovirus vaccine. Participants followed for clinical adverse experiences serologic responses all antigens. Antibody compared historical controls some indices. Results safety profile was generally comparable When alone, the seropositivity rate 98.3% 100% 2, respectively, after similar rates geometric mean titers between initially seropositive seronegative subjects (6207 6810 mIU/mL, respectively). After concomitant administration vaccine, antibody measles, mumps, rubella, diphtheria, tetanus filamentous hemagglutinin (98.8%, 99.6%, 100%, 98.6%, 83.3%, respectively) response demonstrated, but immune zoster virus (79%) toxoid (76%) inferior controls. Conclusions Hepatitis highly as young 12 months age regardless initial serostatus can be
