Load flow analysis for variable speed offshore wind farms

摘要: A serial AC-DC integrated load flow algorithm for variable speed offshore wind farms is proposed. It divides the electrical system of a farm into several local networks, and different methods are used these networks sequentially. This method fast, more accurate, many factors such as configurations, control turbines power losses pulse width modulation converters considered. The DC/DC converter model proposed by modifying Jacobian matrix. Two iterative algorithm: one takes account strategy other considers converters. In addition, types turbine systems with investigated. Finally, demonstrated using an 80-MW farm.
