摘要: Bringing together insights from Science and Technology Studies Organization this paper provides a multi-level analysis of planned change initiative. Focusing on different layers the emergent ambiguities, multiplicities tensions are explored serving to highlight ‘backstage complexities’ often hidden by ‘front stage slickness’ (Moser Law, 1999) organizational routines.
