摘要: Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a disease with wide-ranging impact on functional status. The aim of the study was to examine added value simultaneously evaluating fatigue, personal ADL and handwriting performance as indicators for decline among patients MS. Participants were 50 outpatients MS 26 matched healthy controls. Data collection instruments included disability status scale, Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS), Physical Self-Maintenance (PSMS). Handwriting evaluated by objective computerized measures process (ComPET). Significant differences found between control subjects in their fatigue level, PSMS score In-air time per stroke while writing. FSS together specific items achieved correct classification 87.7% participants. These results are first step towards demonstrating body function outcomes (fatigue) activity (handwriting ADL) document may contribute development practical intervention strategies targeted at improving abilities
