摘要: A synthetic method for the title compounds (2a-o) was carried out. The (2a-o)were prepared by condensation of various thioureas and maleic anhydride. Anti-inflammatory activities in vivo were evaluated compared with standard drug diclofenac sodium. Some showed moderate activity. structures all new established on basis NMR IR spectral data.
