摘要: Soy consumption has received considerable attention for its potential role in reducing cancer incidence and mortality. However, effects on gastrointestinal (GI) are controversial. Therefore, we performed a meta-analysis to evaluate the association between soy risk by searching prospective studies PubMed, Web of Science, EMBASE reference lists included articles. The study-specific odds ratio (OR), relative (RR) or hazard (HR) estimates 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were pooled using either fixed-effect random-effect model. Twenty-two independent eligible our meta-analysis, including 21 cohort one nested case-control study. product was inversely associated with overall GI (0.857; CI: 0.766, 0.959) gastric subgroup (0.847; 0.722, 0.994) but not colorectal subgroup. After stratifying results according gender, an inverse observed intake females (0.711; 0.506, 0.999) males.
