摘要: Abstract A number of patients with end-stage renal disease treated continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) develop hypertriglyceridemia. In order to assess the extent lipoprotein complications and possible mechanisms, we studied plasma levels in relation duration treatment CAPD removal by solution. Plasma were investigated at start after 3–6 months treatment. The divided into following groups: Group I, 13 non-diabetic normal cholesterol triglycerides treatment; 11, 8 established hypertriglyceridemia beginning 111, 7 diabetic disease. Patients I showed a significant ( P solution, which was left cavity for 6 h, contained both low high density lipoproteins. Apolipoproteins A-I, A-II, C-II, C-III B detected However, apolipoproteins not ultracentrifugal infranatant centrifugation density=1.25 g/ml. rate loss dialysate 2.6 ± 1.4 mg/h lipoproteins 1.9 0.8 Thus, small net synthetic rates reported others could account
