Неравномерность развития муниципальных образований

摘要: The paper is focused on uneven development of municipalities in Russia. A feasible method assessing inequality local within regions suggested and applied to four Russian regions. analysis shows that the late 1990s constant increase was observed, based constructed municipal development/welfare indicators. Economic growth period had an impact did not create additional opportunities for weak economically stagnated municipalities.
