摘要: Abstract The emergence of environmental and sustainability regulations, such as Kyoto protocol, Energy Policy Act the increasingly limited availability fossil fuels has brought notion gradually substituting petroleum products with bioethanol into limelight. Even though, is one cleanest sources energy, a major concern production its economic feasibility. Industrial symbiosis sustainable strategies that can help to reduce logistic costs. In industrial symbiosis, traditionally separate plants collocate in order efficiently utilize resources, wastes increase profits for entire each player in symbiosis. This paper focuses on developing optimal configurations bioenergy-based under certain constraints, cost (or profit) reduced increased). A decision framework combines Linear Programming models large scale Mixed Integer model proposed determine configuration design network flows various case study been conducted efficiency effectiveness results suggest significant profitability biorefinery plant rest players system. Sensitivity analysis also provide deep understanding system identify factors might impact performance
