摘要: 24-h blood pressure (BP) has significant prognostic value for cardiovascular risk screening, but the present BP devices are mainly cuff-based, which unsuitable long-term measurement, especially during nighttime. In this paper, we developed an armband wearable pulse transit time (PTT) system cuff-less measurement and evaluated it in unattended out-of-laboratory setting. Ten healthy young subjects participated ambulatory study, where PTT was measured at 30-min interval by reference a standard oscillometric monitor. Due to misalignment of on their recording caused different principles two devices, new estimation method been proposed: transients were removed from raw data defined criteria, then evenly interpolated, low-pass filtered, resampled synchronize when recorded. The results show that with proposed method, correlation between systolic (SBP) nighttime dynamic range 21.8 ± 14.2 mmHg improved −0.50 0.24 −0.62 0.20 $(p , difference estimated SBP 0.7 10.7 2.8 8.2 mmHg root mean square error reduced 8.7 mmHg. addition, very low frequency component obtained is −0.80 0.10 2.4 5.7 mmHg 13.5 8.0 mmHg. It therefore concluded study great potential be used overnight monitoring, measure averaged over long period.
