摘要: The past decade has witnessed an explosive growth in our understanding of the structures and chemical reactivities various Fe-S clusters biological material. These developments have resulted part from application sophisticated physical methods such as EXAFS (extended X-ray absorption fine structure), MCD, Mossbauer, resonance Raman spectroscopy to problem. Another advance come development synthetic analogues (Holm, 1977; Ibers Holm, 1980; Berg 1982), analysis by crystallography at high resolution structure models some comparatively simple, low molecular weight proteins containing corresponding clusters.
