摘要: This chapter deals with the problem of assessing quality land-cover databases, since only high-quality products are useful for gaining knowledge about and managing territory. After a brief analysis main aspects control validation concepts statistical methods recalled in order to show how some procedures databases can be formalized improved by taking advantage methods. Then, sequential two-step adaptive various indices proposed that continuously improve during production process, satisfy user’s needs.
