摘要: SUMMARY Direct immunofluorescence studies were carried out in eleven specimens of granuloma annulare. The results (in all cases) indicate the presence focal deposition fibrin, localized primarily inter-vascular portion dermis, corresponding to granulomatous and necrobiotic areas. These findings impHcate cellular mechanism delayed hypersensitivity with involvement clotting system development armulare lesion.
